In accordance with this, Bernstorffsminde A/S CVR.nr. 20134208, Hundtofte 14, 5771 Stenstrup is the data controller for the information registered about customers and visitors to www.bernstorffsminde.dk

What you need to know about our processing of your personal data:

  • That BERNSTORFFSMINDE A/S is responsible for the processing of the personal data we receive from you.

  • That the purpose of processing your personal data is to provide our goods or services to you and your company and to keep you informed about news, features and product opportunities, cf. Article 5(1)(b) GDPR.
  • That the legal basis (legal basis) for us to process your personal data is your consent, cf. Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and/or the concluded agreement/contract/order, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, and/or legislation, cf. 1c, and/or for the controller or a third party to pursue a legitimate interest (unless overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child), cf. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interests justifying the processing are marketing of new services/products.
  • That the personal category of the data we store is common (e.g. name, address).
  • That we disclose or transfer your personal data to external recipients, including our data processors, advisors and any business partners necessary for the task. 
  • That some of our data processors may be located outside the EU/EEA, but all with a legal transfer basis.
  • That we have received the personal data from you and possibly from publicly available sources.
  • That we retain your personal data for as long as it is legal according to the Danish Bookkeeping Act, consent rules, statutes of limitation and/or other legislation.
  • That we do not use personal profiling to make automated decisions that may significantly affect the person's rights and freedoms.

You have a number of rights under the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to our processing of your personal data. If you want to exercise your rights, please contact us.

  • You have the right of access and rectification, i.e. you can view all your entered data on our platform at any time and correct/update the information.
  • You have the right to request erasure, i.e. you can have your personal data deleted unless we deem it necessary to keep it for a longer period for accounting or legal reasons. The data will be deleted at the latest when any claims under property law have expired.
  • You have the right to restriction of processing, i.e. you can control any restriction of processing.
  • You have the right to object, i.e. in certain cases you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
  • You have the right to have data transferred (data portability). This means that you can retrieve or receive the data at any time.

  • Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
