Delivery & returns


We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, the delivery time may vary from product to product, but will be stated in the order confirmation sent after your purchase. If your order contains products with different delivery times, for example when ordering a stocked product and a custom-made product or a product on backorder, your order will be delivered in parts.

If there are production delays or other delays in delivery, this may affect the delivery time. We will endeavor to contact you as soon as possible in case of delays.

Pallet and furniture shipments

For pallet and furniture shipments, you will be contacted by our carrier before delivery.
It is your responsibility that the order can be received. Delivery to the curb. When delivering with a freight forwarder, an adult recipient must always be present who is authorized by you to acknowledge receipt and check the goods. When you receive your order, it is important that you check that the goods are the correct ones and that there is no visible damage. If everything is as expected, the carrier will ask you to sign for the goods.

If the packaging is damaged or shows other visible signs of damage, you should only acknowledge receipt on the consignment note, subject to any damage to the contents, or refrain from accepting the goods and ask the driver to take them back.

If an item turns out to be damaged or defective after unpacking, please contact our sales support on +45 62 26 10 10 10 or who will help you find a solution. For proof purposes, please contact our sales support as soon as possible and no later than 5 days after receipt. However, this does not deprive you of your rights in relation to complaints under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

Returning the item and return costs

If you have canceled the purchase of a product, you must send or deliver the product to Bernstorffsminde A/S, Hundtofte 14d, 5771 Stenstrup without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days.

Items cannot be sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
You must pay for the return of the item yourself.
Items such as furniture must be returned with Furniture Transport and cannot be returned by regular mail.
