Description
Brù dining table
The Brú dining table was developed by the talented design duo Hee Welling and Gudmundur Ludvik, in close collaboration with Bernstorffsminde.
The table is the result of a meticulous creation process that values elegance, practicality and a deep understanding of wood craftsmanship.
Brú is a unique combination of traditional and modern design aesthetics. Inspired by timeless icons such as the Shaker dining chairs designed by Børge Mogensen and Søren Holst, Brú integrates seamlessly into existing furniture collections and confirms its position as a future classic.
With its simple and clean design, yet characterized by visually stunning straight lines and beautifully rounded legs, Brú has a distinctive appearance and an exceptional finish.
The Brú dining table is available in both rectangular and round versions, making it easy to adapt to different interior styles and individual preferences.
Available in three different sizes from 190cm, 240cm and the large 300cm in length, Brú can even be customized with additional extension and pull-out leaves, making it the ideal table for both intimate dinners and large gatherings.
The name Brú means "Bridge" in Icelandic and refers to gathering people around a table, building a bridge between people around a table. With the Brú dining table, Hee Welling and Gudmundur Ludvik have created a piece of furniture that is not only a practical element in the home, but also a symbolic connection between people who gather around it. The result is nothing less than a future Danish furniture classic, combining expertise in joinery with a special design character that will enrich any home.
The Brú table is available in different variants; soap treated oak, oiled oak, smoked and oiled oak and black lacquered oak.
